The Geezer Has been dormant for a while but now that I am back into full-time writing I will be posting again, particularly in terms of the world seen through the eyes of the three main protagonists: The three geezer friends, Thomas a drop-out Irish civil engineer, Richard a a former computer scientist and Harold a university sociology lecturer who had taken early retirement admired their surroundings. They were sitting in the library of the Living, Society and Ethics Foundation that they had established on the premises of one of the few Victorian properties that had survived in London’s Docklands. The L.S.E.F serves several purposes, it was used as a: “third university” for local inhabitants; a refuge for desperate workers who occupied the surrounding high rise buildings; and a social club. Rather than a Starbucks Coffee Shop in the library, they had installed a Real Ale pub.
