Slow Train to Food and Culture

This is a concept I initiated about two years ago. The idea is to encourage tourists to travel by train on secondary lines in order to appreciate the history, environment and gastronomy of different regions in Italy. I started a website that had to be halted as certain regions of Italy embarked on a policy of closing a number of lines. These publications will supplement other work that I am doing related to this topic. Books covering six lines will be launched during 2018-2019.
